(USDA) Pomological Watercolor Collection

The museum database collects over 7,000 watercolor paintings of fruit, with high resolution images. They mainly come from 1886 to 1942, when the US Department of Agriculture commissioned painters to create paintings of fruits from around the world based on what they saw at the time. You can search for fruit paintings by clicking on the "Search" button at the top. Please note that when using these images, the source must be credited as "U.S. Department of Agriculture Pomological Watercolor Collection.
